Dulce Rullan hit the special events scene on 2012 and has established herself as one of the top artists for the American & European Conventions that choose the Mayan Riviera as their destination.
As a Composer, the Piano has been her long time companion. She has written music since an early age with the sole purpose of artistic expression.
